SHIPPING POLICY

- Orders placed on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day

- East Malaysia: 3–7 working days

- Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, size, and delivery location
- Free shipping may be offered for bulk or promotional orders
4. Delivery Method

5. Tracking
Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.
6. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Recipient unavailable
Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

- Report damaged or missing items within 48 hours
- Provide photo evidence for claims
