RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Eligibility for Returns

- Item is unused and in original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Custom or special-order items
- Clearance or promotional items
- Items damaged due to improper handling or installation
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via email or phone
- Provide order details and reason for return
- Submit photo/video evidence (if applicable)
- Await approval before returning the item
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval
- Refunds will be issued via original payment method
- Processing time: 7–14 working days
5. Replacement Policy
We may offer:
- Product replacement (subject to stock availability)
- Store credit
- Refund (if replacement not possible)
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is from our side
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
7. Important Notes
- All electrical items should be checked before installation
- Installed items are strictly non-refundable
