SHIPPING POLICY


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • West Malaysia: 1–3 working days
  • East Malaysia: 3–7 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, size, and delivery location
  • Free shipping may be offered for bulk or promotional orders

4. Delivery Method

We use trusted courier services and logistics partners to ensure safe delivery.


5. Tracking

Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.


6. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Recipient unavailable

Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.


7. Damaged or Lost Shipment

  • Please inspect items upon delivery
  • Report damaged or missing items within 48 hours
  • Provide photo evidence for claims

8. Bulk & Project Orders

For large or project-based orders:

  • Delivery schedule will be arranged separately
  • Custom shipping charges may apply
